Nitro News
Nitro Volleyball Club has continued to strive to provide a first rate volleyball training program that allows its players to take their skills to the next level. We have developed a program that can be molded to fit your commitment level. Players can train with Nitro coaches and conditioning specialists as many as 4-5 days per week or as few as 6 times per month. With many options in team practices, positional skill clinics and strength and conditioning training with our partners at Crull Fitness, players can make the most out of their talents.

4 tier team system
Our 4 team tier is based on player commitment level and financial responsibility.

Positional Skill Clinics
Nitro will be offering Positional Skill Clinics this season twice per week. Coaches will be hosting skill clinics based on player positions. These advanced skills clinics will be offered exclusively to Nitro players during which our coaches will train players by breaking down each position and as players progress advance techniques will be the focus. These clinics allow players to focus on their individual skills and are a great opportunity to build on their talents.

Club Philosophy
Nitro’s main purpose is to expose female athletes to competitive volleyball, while instilling values of good sportsmanship, cooperation, self-discipline and confidence. With quality coaching, teamwork, and individual determination, young athletes can achieve a high level of success. Our club gives each athlete the opportunity to improve skills, increase experience and build friendships. Nitro is about building club teams with a variety of athletic talents and personalities. Our goal is to select athletes that will be ambassadors and represent the club both on and off the court. We want to develop well-rounded athletes, because lessons they learn from volleyball will be with them forever.

There will be a ten-player maximum per team to ensure that players have more opportunities to touch the ball. Although there is no such thing as equal playing time, each athlete will play an important role for her team. It is important to remember that our main goal is to help each player improve; players are paying to train, not for game time.

Club Expectations
Nitro Volleyball Club has set guidelines and expectations for its athletes and those associated with the club. In general, we expect all Nitro players to be role models; demonstrating sportsmanship, positive attitudes, and passion for the game. The actions of all Nitro players reflect directly upon the club, and therefore we expect athletes to act accordingly at practices, tournaments, and any other public place in uniform.
