Tentative Schedule
Crull Fitness provides training for all Nitro players each Wednesday. Crull Fitness is the home of "Explosive Balance" and will be using Unilateral and Bilateral Volleyball Training to Increase Strength, Increase Quickness, Increase Speed and Increase Vertical.

HOW TO REGISTER:
No need to register. All Nitro players are welcome and encouraged to participate.
Please note: Agility clinics are offered free of charge to Nitro National and Limited Travel players.
